The 24th Herbal Medicine Raw Materials Meeting (BIHAT) was held at Hacettepe University between 23 and 26th of June, 2022 with the title of 'Innovative Approaches in the Development of Medicinal Products and Drugs from Natural Resources'. Our Head of Department Dr. Mehmet Zafer KALAYCI and employees Dr. Salih Adil BERKTAŞ and Dr. Fatma BECANIM participated to the meeting.
About 100 researchers who are experts in their fields, working in the field of evaluating the natural resources of our country as pharmaceutical raw materials, personnel of public institutions working in the field of health and employees of private companies came together and exchanged information.
Our Head of Department shared information about the historical process of TCM in Turkey, its current situation and the Journal of Anatolian Medicine.
